TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

QUALIFICATION
A good degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering. Electrical engineering or its related courses.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Provide technical support services to customers.
-Perform activities on assigned tasks and issues.
-Report on activities performed.
-Install and deploy POS solutions for customers.
-Hardware maintenance and repairs.
-Train customers on POS solution usage.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years work experience in software and hardware application and installation.
-System maintenance skills.
