"You are in Stream 2. However, your institution has not submitted hard copy, be patient."

Just pray school resumes before the. because it's one of the major requirement from clearance and registration in camp. They need the original.

If your school have not submitted hard copy, you may not be able to register. But try check back because it may be an error.
