A real estate firm in Lagos is looking to hire an Architect, whose roles will be but not limited to;
- Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
- Consult with client to determine functional requirements of structure.
- Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
- Plan layout of project.
- Prepare scale drawings for clients to review
- Develop final construction plans that show the building's appearance as well as details for its construction;
- Prepare operating and maintenance manuals, studies, and reports.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5 YEARS experience
• Not more than 30years old
• Degree in architecture, with not less than a second class lower (2:2)
• Must have experience with buildings or must have worked as a building contractor
