The present Kwara State government should not be blamed on this. Seriously, Kwara has been mismanaged by the previous government.

Even if he did it 30yrs ago or if na erosion carry bridge u go still hold the contractor

A bridge that was financially budgeted to start from maraba junction and end at challenge junction...he took it from post office and ended it in front of unity bank...I was told the then president yaradua who was supposed to commission it left unimpressed..

What we see here is result of lack of maintenance, this is not the result of heavy rainfall in a day....You can see properly that this was a danger to happen, The whole structure looks to be in dire need of replacement.

Before you quote me this road and bridge is substandard, therefore the accident is avoidable if the right materials are being used.
