I am working for a startup let say company A and am paid 40k. another startup company lets say company B wants me to join them and they will give me 3% and but he does not want to be specific with the salary. he said he will pay but do not know how much yet. I like the idea of company B and I dont fancy the idea of company A and company A are not even too serious on the project. What should I do please? |

Go for what you desire for..... But ensure that the 3% is worth it.... |
