my AC uses to be freezing outside on the refrigerants line. though I was managing it like that until it get really bad and it couldn't chill anymore.

so i had it refill 2 months ago and it start chilling again. but right now it gradually drop it coldness once again. really this fast within just 2 months. I called the technician that refilled it because I warned him to first solved the leak before refilling. which he did and promise it won't leak again.

when i called him he ask if it's producing ice outside refrigerant line. I told him no, so he said there is gas as far as there are no ice on refrigerant line.
it not gas and it should be working.

I was thinking if it's the dirt's on the condenser coil. because I have wash the evaporator coil but the condenser is up stairs where hand can't reach.

I want to know if low refrigerant must produce ice? before it can is ruled out. or before it can be refill

If there is a freezing on the gas line...it simply means there is a leakage. Change your technician.
