Job Description
>> Assist in overseeing vendor/service providers for the general maintenance of the estates

>> Assist in coordinating the estate residence secretariat and periodic meetings

>> Planning and scheduling of operatives for operations

>> Call clients for feedback after operations

>> Firm leadership of team members for optimal results

>> Develop innovations to improve facility management process

>> Assist in standardization and adherence to policies and procedures

>> Monthly report rendition to the operations manager.

>> Ability to drive is an added advantage.

Qualification
HND / B.Sc in Science related course and at least 3 years of working experience in similar industries.
