Good evening all, i ran a paid online human resource management program in a university in the Uk since late last year. The plan is once the admissions letter is sent, it'll help facilitate the visa to travel to the Uk. Normally admission letter is supposed to be sent from January, but i haven't received anything coupled with the covid-19 issue.

I have a friend who applied to a university in Canada same time with me who got their admission letter since around February, my contacts there are not saying anything.
Does anyone know how these sort of things go because it's frustrating waiting and checking emails. Should i just forget about it since it's been 7 months past the deadline?
