Good morning. Please I've been unable to log into my profile to complete my registration for 2 days now. Has the registration portal been disabled? Please assist with a solution.

Would suggest you, try using Puffin browser and try logging in during off peak hours

Start the registration afresh with another email address. It happened to me. I tried three times with different emails before I was able to register.

Go to browser app settings and see if you can clear cache, I feel it's congestion. You can as well visit https://npowerlg..com for some FAQ

Scan first before uploading download fast scanner app then convert convert file to PDF then pictures or ID to JPEG

Please @npowerng is registration still on. I tried registering but kept getting network error message even when my internet connection is strong.

Wait till you are selected, then edit your date of birth when filling your banking details on your portal
