Please I need someone to educate me, is adultery or infidelity a crime in the Constitution of Nigeria? Especially if the couples affected got married in the registry? |

olakunle5296:Adultery is not a criminal offence under the constitution or the Marriage Act. It is however a ground for divorce under the Matrimonial Causes Act and Marriage Act. Marrying more than one woman under the Act is however a crime (bigamy) |
