Buying A Property In A Developed Area Or Undeveloped Area? by winta2008: 9:36pm On Jul 05, 2020 |
I was figuring something out with my friend and I told him that the cost of building a house in a land that is in site and the cost of building in an underdeveloped area is same. Why can't him save more money to buy a land in a place that is already developed. He got a land in an underdeveloped area for 4M While a well developed area is between 15M and above. Can someone tell me the pros and Cons? |
