Not impossible. If snow can fall in the Sahara desert once in...a blue moon, why not?

But I'm sure that's not snow otherwise MSM would have carried the news.

The Lagos State government later revealed that there was no snowfall in Anthony Village or any part of Lagos state. They then explained what actually happened in that area.

“UPDATE: A Tanker fell overnight and our Emergency Agencies poured the foam material to prevent combustion. Nothing to be scared of ..@safety_lasg & LASEMA are on ground.’
