GTBank should have known the EDD and she shouls have been forced to start her leave, that should be one of the functions of HR not only Hiring and firing

I dont think so. When going on leave, there should be someone to relieve U. She probably didnt request 4 leave in good time. Probably applied 1 or 2 days to delivery. Leave may not have been approved in dat short period if a Relief person is not in place.

I think she didnt do something right.
