First and foremost I commend you for taking this step in acknowledging and wanting to go for quality. But there are some vital questions you need to ask your self when taking some decisions, especially if getting a dog;
Questions like: What is my motive behind getting this dog/breed? what do I stand to achieve with this dog? Does this dog possess what I'm looking for in a dog? Among others. If you can't sincerely answer this question, then there is no need paying for the dog. There are a lot of quality dogs you can get from reputable breeders here in Nigeria.

Yeah it has everything I need in a dog except the need of mental stimulation and I think it will be hard buh I can provide it

if yes, you will have to import the other sex.
and try to get market survey of the breed, naija people no dey too buy dobberman( even if they buy no one will pay 300k and above for a pup)
i will advice you to go for Frenchie or Pug
