Don't just conclude like that bro because you don't know his offence. The same frsc might guilty of that same offence. Frsc will tell you your Tyre is exorired and windscreen cracked and the same thing is in their vehicle. Police will arrest you for not wearing face mask and they didn't wear. Now look at that frsc vehicle paint, you can see that some parts are peeled and they will accuse other driver of similar offence.
Maybe something they arrest the guy might be something worthy a warning but frsc officer will not do that and this can lead to frustration.
