Judolisco:Fact. But there will never be one, as long as a Northerner occupies Aso Rock. My problem with Northerners, is they don't condemn bad decisions that don't affect them directly. Something like "Repentant Boko Haram members to be reintegrated into the society..." They will never speak up or protest for something like that.
