Get Rich By Investing In Animal Feed Industry In The South East by jaimo05: 9:52am On Jul 29, 2020
Promoted by Prince Cade Agbugba <<https://www.facebook.com/waste.energy>>

Initial Project Scope:

Animal Feed Factory in Biafraland - producing 7,200 metric ton (MT) of high-protein pelletized animal feed for Poultry, Fish farms, and Ruminant (Sheep, Goats, and Cattle) per annum.

RAW MATERIAL-

The raw material for the feed will be insects that will be bred in the factory`s five-hectare greenhouse using a proven special technique and the production line location will be in one of the 5 Southeastern States chosen by the investors.

ENERGY -

The factory will be powered by 200kWp solar module and and a containerized 302 kWh Energy Storage System (ESS)

CONCEPT

The idea is to create modern high tech agro-industries that will build the backbone incubator for protein-farm industries for start-up Poultry, Fish, and Ruminant (Sheep, Goats, and Cattle) farmers.

BUSINESS AS USUAL.

The Olam International Limited integrated fish feed and poultry mill at Ilorin in Kwara State is the biggest feed producer in Nigeria, producing about 110,000 metric tons (MT) per annum, using raw materials such as soybean, corn, and cassava. Nigeria currently spends over $2 billion each year on poultry, fish and ruminant feed products and this factory will help close southeast smallholder farmers feed demand and will be cost at 25% cheaper than the current feed price nationally.

SCIENTIFIC EDGE

This project is designed to be adaptable and resilient to current and future climate change perturbation the next 30 years, making it more sustainable, and affordable than direct competitors like the $150 million Olam feed mills even though it will cost less than 0.5% ($800k) to build, but more innovative and designed to meet existing challenges Nigeria now faces.

SCENARIO #1

Nigeria is facing severe flooding across the 774 LGA, desert encroachment, and drought in the north, and Fulani pastoralist conflicts are already having impacts on the production of raw materials such as soybeans, corn, and cassava which Olam and other feed mills depends on.

SCENARIO #2

Rapid population growth, extreme poverty rate, and increased infant mortality rate due to severe acute malnutrition will make it unsustainable for animal feed producers to continue using crops and grains that is badly needed to feed the hungry population for animal feed- meaning that the price of the raw materials like soybeans, corn, and cassava will continue to go up as well as the price for the animal feeds.
Today about 70% of the production cost by animal farmers goes into feed purchase.

THE GAME CHANGER

The most important factor in a sustainable production line is the availability of raw material and the cost- the raw material for this pelletized feed will be based on insects, which contains twice more proteins than soybeans, corn, and cassava and cheaper to breed at 90% less land and water and about 70% less labor. For example, one hectare of land yields one metric ton of soy protein, and in the same amount of land we will produce 150 metric tons of insects meaning a land and yield advantage of over 15000%

INVESTMENT

Blackwatts will invest 30% on each plant ($240,000) and the rest 70% will be shared by the following number of owners:
(a) 100 owners - $5,600 each
(b) 50 owners - $11,200 each
(c) 25 owners - $22,400 each
(d) 10 owners - $56,000 each
The investors will create the board of directors and will be making all the decisions from the hiring of the workers/CEO the day to day business decisions with regards to pricing, revenue share after production cost and when monthly /annually

REVENUE BEFORE TAX & PRODUCTION COST

The factory at full production will be generating revenue of $1.7 million annually and the expected return of investment (ROI) for each investor is about 30 months and 25 years of revenue generation planned factory lifespan

HOLISTIC APPROACH

The feed will be sold at 25% cheaper than the current price of feed and should be a template to create a related business chains
For example, a platform for spinoff fish farmers who in 3 acres of a fish pond embedded with pond aeration can bread 30,000 catfish inside the pod using the affordable high protein insect feed - Such start-up fish farm operating in 3 acres pods in six months will be harvest big fishes weighing 2kg - 4kg -
Protein is especially important in growing animals since protein can be likened to bricks, building blocks used to build tissue and bone - SE will be producing three million fish per annum with a market value of N900 million to N2 billion per year and creating over 5,000 direct and indirect jobs -
Will be happy to design such science-based cat-fish farm

REVERSE LOGISTICS ENGINEERING.

This project was borne out of ongoing engineering research on future feed industry using a simple Igbo-knuckle ride on a torrent of brainstorms, statistics, and predictions that is geared towards Igbo economic independence. I will be happy to take it to the next level with a group of investors that want to secure future revenue while helping to develop Alaigbo

Update: INSECT BASED ORGANIC-FEED INDUSTRY (aka IBO Feed Industry)

By Prince Cade Agbugba

As I promised this is a business model of IBO Feed industry that encompasses the full circle value chain- biowaste processing, black soldier fly rearing & nursery, catfish farm, and organic fertilizer manufacturing - Estimated capital investment $3.2 million

METHODOLOGY

(1) Each of the initial investors will pay 33 cents/cents/$ per share and the minimum small investment cap at 2,000 shares ($660)
(2) After the factory becomes operational late 2021 and reached the projected revenue numbers the share will increase to its base value of $2,50

PROCESS / PRODUCTION LINE

(3) The factory will process 50 metric tons of biodegradable waste per day from the city/State it is located.
(4) The factory using a special method will increase BSF mating and hatching rearing 16 million larvae per day - 1g of eggs will yield approximately 4,000 - 7,000 larvae.
(5) The 16 million larvae will reduce the 50 metric tons of biowaste by 60-70% weight for weight
(6) The larval biomass increases up to 20% dry matter. Prepupae of BSF (44% dry matter) contains 36-48% protein and 31-35% fat.
(7) The factory will produce > 4 - 6 metric tons of dried larvae protein food per day
(cool The factory catfish farm will produce 300 metric tons of fish each year and consuming 40kg feed per day or an equivalent of 2% daily feed productions
(9) The fish hatchery using a recirculation aquaculture system (RAS) will grow the fish natural, disease-free, faster, and bigger compared to typical indoor tanks or outside ponds. Because it uses mechanical and biological filters to refresh and reuse the water - with water savings of up to 90%
(10) The factory will be producing >3,000 metric tons of organic fertilizer each year

PROJECTED REVENUE STREAM ANNUALLY

Dry Catfish - 90 metric tons ₦270,000,000
Animal Feed - 1,228 metric tons ₦338,400,000
Organic Fertilizer 450 metric tons ₦86,850,000
Biowaste 3,070 metric tons ₦29,000,000
Total forecast annual Revenue ₦754,725,110 ($1,947,838)

RETURN OF INVESTMENT

This project is designed and scored on a 36 months payback, meaning the investors get their initial investment > $660 back in three years, and their shares in the factory remain > 2,000 at a base share value of $2.50 per share or an increase of 760% in original investment, to avoid over-optimism - common in new projects I undervalued the revenue stream by more than 15%. for example, state governments spent up to $200 to collect and dispose of 1 metric ton of waste, we are charging here $50 per ton in the calculations.

INVESTMENT RISK

The toughest challenge facing this project is CORRUPTION. But if each investor becomes part of a firewall that will make it impossible for a single person or group of people to steal the money the project is feasible and innovative to succeed.
Such a firewall will only be impregnable if each investor exercises their right to give a greenlight personally or through a board of directors they selected on every dollar spent on all major investments and the ability to have a one week period to review how the board voted if is in accordance to their wishes before such project becomes approved.

STOCK PORTFOLIO

The Ibo Feed PLC will be registered with 10 million shares and, three million from it will be sold at 33 cents per stock to the founders/Pioneers to raise the $3 million capital. The state government that will provide the five hectares of land for the factory will be paid with 20,000 shares valued at $2.5 per share (₦19.3 million) and they will also profit from the new jobs, IGR and cheap waste management deal

JOBS & SOCIAL BENEFITS

This project will create 100 full-time jobs at 6 days a week work schedule. While young men and women may dominate the waste processing and BSF nursery jobs, older men and women, housewives, and single moms will find employment in the fish farm and dry fish and packaging plant. The projected average salary cap is ₦50,000 per month plus 6% that will cover - paid holiday, and healthcare coverage,
GOAL 2021 - 2023. Only a well-paid and dedicated workforce and small investors helping to protect their factory will make this project work as planned.

Welcome to the Ibo Feed Industry startup forum - A forum where small and big investors should ask questions about how to invest in the $3.2 million Insect Based Organic Feed factory to be commissioned in August 2021.

The two most important questions each investor should ask themselves are first if the project is feasible to invest in and second if he or she is ready to invest the time needed as part-owner to make the entire operation transparent and corrupt free.

Across the globe, small and big investors are investing in new ideas that go to become a huge success creating wealth faster than bank savings, Immobilien, or other forms of investment. Is past-time that a highly literate ethnicity like Ndigbo with a high entrepreneurial spirit starts seeking out change, rather than waiting to adapt to change.

Yes, the insect is a major source of protein like soybean and fish- and some are edible like the grasshopper, crickets, or the white warm from a fallen palm tree.

The first stage of the process is the rearing of insects. Species that can be considered for industrial-scale production require certain characteristics. They need to have a high reproduction rate, a short development cycle, high survival rates of immatures, the ability to live in high densities, low vulnerability to disease and a high potential of biomass increase, for example weight gain per day.

Two insect types that meet these criteria and so are considered most suitable for animal feed are the black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens) and mealworms (Tenebrio molitor, Alphitobius diaperinus).
