A reputable and dynamic company in Lagos is recruiting for the following positions:

POSITION: CREDIT MANAGER
Responsible for directing the activities of the credit management team, development of credit policies and procedures, credit risk assessment and management of credit payments.

REPORTS TO: GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

DESCRIPTION:
*Develop credit-rating criteria and determine credit ceilings.
*Review all credit requests, perform credit investigations and approve/disapprove credit requests.
*Maintain a current awareness of and ensures compliance with appropriate regulations and internal policies/procedures.
*Work with clients to determine viability of credit request and ensure clients are properly advised regarding payment terms
*Supervise preparation of letters and notices on delinquent accounts.
*Manage loan recovery and customer follow up
*Manage the team of credit and loan officers
*Deal with all credit related queries from clients

SPECIFICATION:
*A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
*A minimum of 7 years of related experience in the financial industry with a specific focus on Consumer Credit.
*Good negotiation ability.
*High analytical and strategic thinking skills
*Excellent problem solving and decision making ability
*High level of people management and leadership skills
*Sound financial acumen
*Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
*Excellent interpersonal skills

POSITION: OUTSOURCING MANAGER
Responsible for overseeing all outsourcing contracts in revenue generation, customer satisfaction and business strategy communication.

REPORTS TO: GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Monitor outsourcing contracts and report on revenue performance, operational indices trends and challenges for management review.
*Ensure effective staffing strategies and plans are in place for the provision of the right skills and competencies to support the client’s business needs
*Ensure the review structure for SLAs are in place and used effectively.
*Provide leadership and support for new business opportunities and bids.
*Maximize account growth opportunities by increasing existing business portfolio and generate new leads.
*Ensure timely recruitment and replacement of staff as required.
*Ensure compliance with labour standards is maintained for all accounts handled.
*Maintain constant and consistent relationship with all clients.
*Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of outsourced staff salary and related benefits.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
*Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in management of outsourcing services.
*Operational knowledge of HR practices and processes.
*Business Development Skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong people management and leadership skills.
*Relevant HR certification will be an added advantage

POSITION: SENIOR MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for driving expansion of the company’s services into new markets within the industry and ensuring consistent and rapid growth in all the company’s business segment.

REPORTS TO: GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Lead the formulation, execution and monitoring of company’s business development, market penetration strategies and plans for enhancing business growth.
*Compile, process, analyze and provide insight on all sales and marketing data
*Provide deep insight into client needs, strategy and market challenges to relevant stakeholders.
*Proactively originate and create demand for new opportunities for the company to generate new revenue streams
*Negotiate business contracts with clients and ensuring their profitability.
*Lead the preparation of bids/proposals.
*Lead and support significant pursuits to ensure bids are converted to sales
*Liaise with the marketing team to develop pricing frameworks and ensure such frameworks are fully optimized.
*Monitor company revenue performance against agreed business target.
*Proactively pursue and maintain competitor intelligence to have a view of the competition.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
*Minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in a senior business development role
*Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving revenue growth
*High analytical capabilities and ability to draw decisions based on intuition and given data
*Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented manner
*Ability to prioritize deliverables and meet deadlines
*Strong negotiation, organization and communication skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
*Meticulous with good attention to details.
*Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships with results.
