Nairalanders, your advise is needed pls, a neighbour of mine was approached by glo telecom that she should lease her land for them at 250k per year for 5years making a total of 1.250 Million for 5 years then a 10% increment in the next five years.
All this is good new for the woman but I thought such contract or lease attracts more that that,I believe those telecoms pay as much as 5 million for five years or is the glo staff trying to play a fast on the woman?
