I start with a free client assessment, where we discuss any dietary restrictions, food allergies, and your personal culinary preferences. I tailor your service to your unique needs.

On your scheduled cook day, I shop for the freshest and finest ingredients, arrive at your home, prepare all your meals, package, and store them in your refrigerator or freezer for you to enjoy at your convenience. I remove all trash, leaving your kitchen spotless and you with wonderful aromas and more free time.

My services are available weekly, monthly, or just occasionally.
