He posted advert for buying of data, so I was interested because of the price, as they're moderate for me. When I transferred the money to him he refused to send me the data and stop chatting with me. I have his bank details and account number

What is his Nairaland Name. He is just a stupid poor fellow. Money that can't even do anything for him. How can people be this useless. Sorry about your loss. He has just destroyed his name for 610naira. Please use verified data vendors next time.
