We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic Office Assistant to support us in our ongoing journey to become a foremost player in the African health tech industry.

Job Summary
1. Provide back office support to ensure the smooth running of the corporate office
2. Work closely with the management team to help execute the Company’s vision.

Location
Ikeja, Lagos State

Salary
Negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities:
 Maintain the cleanliness of the office for staff and visitors
 Procure items critical to the smooth running of the office including fuel for generator and stationery
 Assist with purchase and serving of refreshments during the Company’s training events
 Attend to occasional visitors at the reception
 Undertake occasional errands for the company with clients and contractors
 Perform basic data entries into computer systems and storage of files
 Be trained to deputise for the Customer Relationship Officer

Person Specifications
 A minimum of SSCE
 Experience as an Office Assistant preferred but not essential
 Candidates residing within 30 minutes commuting distance to Ikeja would be preferred
 Integrity and punctuality
 Good communication skill in English language
 Data entry computing skills
