Our event- driven global macro hedge fund strategy, ' Event Macro Arbitrage Fund’s offering will be launching to the public soon. We are offering prospective early stage Investors who would love to diversify their capital into alternative Investment early access into our fund before launching to the general public. SUMMARY OF OFFERING TERMS

MINIMUM INVESTMENT AMOUNT

Minimum investment capital of hundred thousand naira ₦100,000.
We give one unit interest in the fund for one thousand naira, ₦1,000 . Meaning Investors will get 100 unit shares for a minimum capital of ₦ 100,000.
Note: Based on the discretion of the manager of Singularity Management LLC, the minimum capital may be waived for early stage Investors.

OUR MINIMUM TARGETED RETURNS

We target a minimum returns of 25% net of fees yearly for Investors. Our Investments are mostly long term oriented, so our strategy are always deployed to have absolute returns, having capital appreciation at the upside and as well protection of capital at the downside.
Singularity Management Limited deploys a top down and bottom up Investment themes based on fundamental value driven events and global macro models.
