How could he be so ignorant and careless. Endless warnings have gone out over handling large amounts in cash but I guess folks want to learn the hard way. So be it. Any vendor asking for more than 5,000 naira in cash cannot get my patronage. 1 Like |

I don't know why anybody would need to hold that much cash in the age of electronic transfers. It's well known that those bank employees sell information to their criminal friends/relatives. 3 Likes |

heendrix: Please don’t turn everything to political. Before the end of ajumobi tenure, a guy was killed beside union bank, close to secretariat in a broad day light and his money taken away It was so pathetic The one under Buhari too is worst. You can start an hashtag to impeach buhari too 1 Like |

UI-Bere is a deadly zone in Ibadan when you carry valuable things. You can't even enter Micra in peace along the route. I once reported to Operation Burst when a Micra robbed me along that axis, yet nothing was done. It's being like that for long. Look at that GTbank in Awolowo, why would there be many bikes there for passengers, if not for robbery. It's been on the rampant. God punish them. |

Was the armed robbers inside the banking hall? The cashier or the pay officer should be investigated. I would suggest that any amount from about 200k and above should not be paid across the counter for security reason. |

OyinO: God said do not steal. Humans refused out of their free will. Then, a politician steals money meant for the development of the society. Now, God also said....Do not kill. But someone somewhere, who is very hungry (As a result of bad governance by the thief in the first paragraph) and thought there is no way out, decided to kill another who has gone to withdraw money from his account. These two people acted against the law that would have made the world a better place. Man has free will to do whatever they want. These two people mentioned here and many billions of people have decided to throw away the laws of God......and that's why wickedness reign. God is not responsible for their actions. How many of the laws have you also disobeyed? Do not commit fornication/ adultery? Or Do not lie? Or do not steal? Which one? Stop blaming God. God has given us the laws to follow so that wickedness will not reign. |

Originakalokalo: Who created the negative side of things? You create stealing then ask someone not to steal? Why subject your creation to temptations? Is that not madness? You created a fruit and kept it in the middle of a garden and asked two senseless people not to eat it. Why did you create it in the first place? Why did you bring it to them and tempt them knowing fully well they'll fall, since you're OMNIPOTENT - knowing the present and future? That's megalomania! Your God is foolish! |
