*Job Title:* Accounting officer *Location* : Lagos (Ikorodu)

*Job Description / Responsibility*

# Manage all accounting transactions; Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
# Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement; Handles Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Report
# Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
# Prepare and Process invoices etc; Track bank deposits and payments
# Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, income statements, etc
# Ensure proper and orderly filing, storage and retrieval of accounting records. Act as record focal point for company finance and accounting records.

*Qualification* : OND or HND/BSC Accounting or related discipline

*The person must possess:*

* Minimum of 2 years cognate experience as an accounting officer
* Computer literacy with excellent MS word, and Advanced MS excel skills
* Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, haulage, farm management and other administrative functions
* Outstanding knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, experience with general ledger functions, knowledge of financial software will be an added advantage
* Attention to detail, good analytical and effective communication skills, a team player
