In 2008, David Johnson invested #10 million naira into tricycle business (keke maruwa business); the same year another man (name withheld) invested #10 million naira into the famous multi-family 1004 apartments situated in Victoria island (one of the biggest and largest estate seated on 11hectares of land).

Today, many people are occupants in the multi-family apartment. He has built several others, with the revenue generated from his real estate investment and his portfolio has increased tremendously.
