WEBSITE DEVELOPER
PHP and WordPress Developer
The ideal candidate should:
>> Have sufficient knowledge of PHP and WordPress
>> Be able to design and develop high performance websites with cart functionality
>> Be able to Collaborate with CTO/product manager, and other software developers to implement solutions
>> Be able to write, verify, and modify procedures and documentation for all projects
Requirements
>> Good knowledge of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, CSS3, HTML5 and jQuery
>> Experience creating custom WordPress plugins and themes, customization of existing plugins/themes
>> Developing and maintaining WordPress-based applications
>> Fluid Mobile Responsive Layouts
>> Knowledge of: WooCommerce, SEO Yoast, Event Calendar Pro, Translator Plugins
>> Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements
>> Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
>> Good experience using page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Genesis
>> Sound knowledge of a PHP framework: CodeIgniter, Laravel
>> Ability to work with and integrate local and international payment processors

2: Digital Marketers
Job Purpose
The Digital Marketer will focus on all online marketing and brand management. He/She is responsible for maintaining the business’ social media presence and activities in digital space that will end up as conversions and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain the company's social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ROI and KPIs.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with clients, other agencies and vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Setting up and managing of Email Campaigns


Key Requirements

Certification in digital marketing
Proven working experience, 2-3 years in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Creativity and experience in identifying target audiences as well as skill in crafting digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience with A/B testing
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools i.e., Google Analytics
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords Facebook ad, LinkedIn and instagram ad Campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
