Please, I seek opinioions from professional nairalanders and those who had a personal experience about withdrawal of Tergretol medicine for epilepsy patient. This girl age 17, has been on this drug for close to 5 years now with little or no change in the reduction of episodes of epilepsy attack. We have decided to stop her from taking the drug but in a manner that it will not have adverse effects on her.
Doctors, health providers, the parents with experience to tell me how to go about it. Please, I need only professional advice. God bless you.
