Gana was granted amnesty in 2015, yet he went back to the same crime without being provoked, so whichever way is used to stop him is good.

There is DOUBLE STANDARD in Buhari administration.

FG gives amnesty to boko haram, none of them is killed.

Katsina state gives amnesty to bandits, none of them is killed.

Zamfara state gives amnesty to Bandits, none of them is killed.

But BENUE STATE gives amnesty to criminals, one of them is killed by soldiers based on orders from above.

I don't think it will reduce. Only that the characters involved will change.

Boko Haram terrorists are being fed with milk and honey, while other terrorists are being killed because they are not Muslim terrorists. Pity!
