Babatunde Owokoniran, also known as Tunde Tilapia, is a popular Yoruba actor. He has been featured in high grossing movies like Sunday Dagboru, Penkele mess, and many others.

Education
He went to New Mainland children’s school before proceeding to Ilupeju college for his secondary education. Tunde graduated from the Lagos State University in 2010, where he studied Industrial Relations and Personnel Management.

Tunde started very humbly; he dropped out of secondary school after losing his mother. To survive, he joined the Oju Elegba branch of the National Union of Road Transport Workers and soon became a bus conductor.

After meeting popular Yoruba actor, Odunlade Adekola, he became an actor and has featured in many Nollywood movies.

Tunde Owokoniran’s Wife & Personal Life
Tunde proposed to his US-based girlfriend, Tunmise, and tied the knots on January 24th, 2016. The couple is blessed with two children.

On October 24th, 2017, the couple welcomed their first child. Barely a year after, August 18th 2019, Tunde took to social media to announce his son’s birth.
