World Heavyweight Champion, Anthony Joshua, has joined the list of celebrities who have channeled quotes from former Presidential spokesperson, Reno Omokri.

It would be recalled that Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta had used Reno Omokri’s quote from his #RenosNuggets series, without attributing it to him, before he was called out. Also, US showbiz personality, Shalana Hunter and others have featured quotes from Omokri.

On September 7, 2020, Mr Omokri had tweeted the following:

Dear Africans,

You can’t give a befitting burial to a parent you did not give a befitting life! The dead can’t eat 10 cows. They can’t enjoy renovated houses. They don’t rest in peace in golden coffins. It gets rotten. Spend the money on the living!
