Statistics from Facebook shows that the social media giant is gradually losing the demographic of teenagers using Facebook.

So, one of the major reasons Facebook launched this new platform to connect these youths back by unveiling eye-catchy features.

Facebook also claimed that the students social network by Facebook is made available for about 30 secondary schools and universities in the United States of America. Facebook also said that the student social network will also expand to other countries as time goes on.
