MOS GROUP is currently seeking an Architectural Designer to join our growing construction team, The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of detailed design and construction documents to achieve the design expectations of the client and firm.Follows through during Construction Administration to assure the final product complies with the intent of the construction documents.Must interact daily with other project team members in order to synthesize all aspects of a design project.Resolves all physical coordination issues with other disciplines to achieve the finished design. Specific responsibilities will include: Responsibilities Develop / create complete set of Architectural construction / contract documents for various site projects Lead team members across multiple projects Industry advancements in Architectural assemblies, material applications, project delivery, product design Humanize the biggest buildings in the world through design Site Master Planning Code Planning / Life Safety design Participate in project scheduling / cost estimating Develop process improvements / workflows / templates to increase design productivity and quality of deliverables. Requirements Licensed Architect preferred (able to apply for reciprocity) 2-5 years Architecture/ Product Design/ Construction/ Engineering related experience Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture Revit Experience Program / Project Management Experience Construction Administration Experience Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Rendering skills a plus) Advanced AutoCAD or Solid Works skills with Graphics designing (3D Modeling a plus) AVAILABLE HOURS Your role at MOS GROUP will require you to work typical office hours — Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch break.
