Is there someone here that can repair an office telephone intercom in Lekki 1, Lagos?
He said the issue is that whenever their boss is trying to use his intercom phone to call other departments/staff in the office, he won't hear it ring, but if he puts it on speaker he hears and speak well. The boss can't be communicating to staff on speaker phone. They don't know if the problem is the handle because it's a telephone landline design not a mobile gsm phone design.

Why can't he called the technician who installed them? Anyway I can fix it.But I am based at mafokuku,oshodi.I may need transport fare to come over there.
Do you mean he can't hear what other staff are saying or the intercom can't ring out? Explain further.
