You aren't an accidental businessman one bit, I love your layout and explanations.

This is how to source for funds.

Have my funds tied up and down in other ventures, wouldn't have blinked before throwing it in with you on this.

Success man.

I look for opportunities. It to worry, currently I'm cultivating maize in large scale for poultry and animal husbandry, when it gets to the right stage, I'll contact you. We have business to do together

I have a quick question though. Can I know the average power consumption of such cold room, I want to run an engineering design on the amount of power it consumes so I can design a solar power system to power such an equipment so it operates with or without power

Requires minimum of 8hours power supply daily depending on the frozen state of the stocks and the quantity.

I agree that it is a clear and well-laid out business plan and looks like a good proposition.

I would have loved to invest in it if it were much closer to me.

I really wish you the best!

Distance is really not a barrier if you are truly interested.

Yeah, you are right it, shouldn't be. But in a place like Nigeria, it is difficult to invest in a private business where you can't have oversight. Unfortunately that is the country we live in, and I am speaking from experience, even here on Nairaland.

Invest in what you can see.
Cold room business is a physical business that cannot be easily moved and you can always visit it anytime, anyday

It has a long lifespan
