Resumption: Edo state announce date for resumption of academic activities

Schools in Nigeria nationwide have started resuming academic activities and Edo state is about to followed suit.

Immediately after the governorship election, Edo state has shifted it's attention to the next major issue at hand which is school resumption.



In the light of this, the state ministry of education has announced the date for resumption of all academic activities in the state.


All classes are to resume as from Monday the 28th of September, 2020.

And the secondary school schedule is as follows.



1. Jss 1-3 from 8am to 11am


2. Sss 1-3 from 12noon to 3pm daily.

3. Pry 1-3 from 8am to 11am

4. Pry 4-6 from 12noon to 3pm.



This means that secondary schools in the state has been officially allowed to open as from 28th September 2020.

Although each institution in the state will have to fix their own appropriate resumption date, Edo University has done so.

Schools in benue have resumed already. That's if you count Benue as North, lol

That's the way to go. I don't understand why the federal government is still yet to declare full resumption of schools whereas commercial activities are at full operation. Maybe the notion that this federal government is not enthusiastic about education is actually true after all.
