I want to purchase my first car, Toyotas first came to mind but the costs are much. I have been researching and found ford escapes to be cheap, I don't know why, hence this post. Please house, is 2005 Ford Escape a good buy, the 2.3L engine precisely. Is it cheap to maintain in Nigeria? I will really appreciate informed inputs... |

Good car. Only major issue is a ECM/ECU failure and mostly caused by faulty ignition coils and spark plugs. Can be resolved by purchasing a new ECM. You just might be lucky not to experience this or previous owner must have resolved same. |
