The Academic And Non Academic Staff of Abia State University Uturu are Currently Protesting Over the Non Payment Of Salaries By the School administration.

The Chairman of the Academic Staff Union Dr. Victor Nkemdirim said; the School administration has being owing its staff for over 6months now, and they are not doing anything about it. He further, said that the Staffs have ran out of patience waiting for the administration to do something about it, the future of our children shouldn't be gambled with; we barely feed since the emergence of the lockdown.

The state government and school administration should do something about this.

God hear our supplications and change the wicked hands in Abia.

Let something good come from God's Own State.

Are they not on strike with ASUU?

If they are not on strike, then they should be paid their salaries immediately. But if they are on strike, they have no moral justification to demand for salaries.
