The Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Bolaji Owasanoye, disclosed during the 2nd National Summit held in Abuja, that the commission had uncovered N2.67bn of funds meant for school feeding programmes stashed in private bank accounts.
