Job Description
We seek highly motivated individuals who can excel in a fast paced atmosphere. As a Sales Representative, you are tasked with creating new revenue streams for the business. Your role is to generate leads, monitor, and sell our products. Being able to communicate well and goal driven are keys to success. We seek individuals who can be team players but just as motivated to stay on task working individually too.

Job Requirements
Normally requires a minimum of a college Diploma in Agriculture, Marketing, or other Business related discipline
1+ year(s) experience in customer care services, sales or sales leadership with the ability to work independently on a virtual team, agricultural sales experience a plus
Demonstrate ability to understand written and spoken English, and to interpret and process paperwork;
Must be willing to work hours beyond those considered “normal”, under minimal supervision and on a tight schedule.

Skills required:
Business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and market research.
A strong sense of customer focus and demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
Basic computer skills is required although, applicants who can demonstrate advanced skills will have an added advantage
