1) Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
The Marketing Manager position is generally responsible for delivering strategic and tactical business objectives by ensuring coherent integrated marketing and communications strategy at multiple levels and across all networks. Strong ROI and measurement focus to the business, so a commercial and analytical ability is crucial. Create new and exciting media channels through your network of previous experience that will engage new customers. Create smart marketing campaigns that include social media tools. Activate, manage and drive all social media networks to provide maximum exposure for all owned brands. Able to review and report on industry trends and be forward thinking. Facilitate financial planning and budget reports on planned product or project launches. Work closely with all business units to achieve maximum results. Ability to create excellent tag lines for product branding including high level of written skills.
Responsibilities:
Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
Identifying new customers. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Creating promotions with advertising managers.
Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and

Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
Communicating the marketing plan. Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
Evaluating competitors, Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Candidates must have at least a Bachelor Degree or HND in Marketing or related subjects.
• The ideal candidate must have 5years of working experience in a real estate marketing

2) Marketing Manager (Car Sales)

Prior experience as a Marketing Executive.
Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.
Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
Leads and manages marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects.
Assists in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of new marketing department staff.
Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans.
Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots,
website content, and social media accounts.
Regularly interacts with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing staff progress and results.

Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives.

3) Marketing Team Lead Car Sales Services & (4) Marketing Team Lead Real Estate
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, and be sales-oriented.
Responsibilities:
• To manage a team of consultants.
• Create a database for both local and foreign investors.
• To manage business openings.
• To manage the affairs of clients through telemarketing.
• To give accurate reports to our team of accountants.
• Generate sales prospects by cold calling
• Provide high-quality customer service to current and potential clients
• Develop marketing plans for Real Estate investment

We are looking for an ambitious media and advertising manager to develop digital strategies and manage the implementation of digital marketing activities across paid social, paid search, display, affiliates and support on CRM. In addition to being an expert in your field, you’ll manage digital budgets, oversee the implementation of tactics that generate efficient traffic and revenue, and acquire new customers whilst nurturing them to be loyal customers.
You will also provide leadership support to the functional specialists across the various digital channels ensuring they are equipped, trained and driving the best results for the business. This hands-on role requires daily performance monitoring and optimization to ensure business KPIs are met.
Media and Advertising Manager Responsibilities:
• Planning and executing all digital marketing including paid media, affiliate marketing, CRM and display advertising campaigns
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing activities against business objectives and making recommendations to the business and channel specialists
• Identifying trends and insights and using that to inform performance and budget optimization
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure collective and cohesive campaign execution
• Evaluating the customer experience from end to end across multiple channels and touch points to ensure optimal customer engagement
• Instrumenting conversion points and optimizing user funnels
• Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate for the business
The Media & Advertising Manager will have:
• A strong digital marketing and e-Commerce background (brand, retail or agency experience)
• A solid understanding of digital channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Display etc)
• Inspirational leadership qualities with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
Experience:

6) Graphic Designer
A Graphic designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and
creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
Job Descriptions
Minimum of HND with at least 2 years’ experience
• Design of various forms of print and online media including posters, banners, leaflets, Brochures and other advertising materials, also, apt familiarity with design software technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop). Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, video production and any design tool of choice.
• Ensure that all designs are done in accordance with best industry standards, whilst working closely with the development team and clients to ensure effective and consistent design delivery.
• Web Designing skills will be an added advantage.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
• BSc. Degree or HND in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
