Obviously, if you are not a homosexual, you would not be impacted in any way by this.

And don't bother believing that God gave you command to inhibit or stand in the way of the world in anyway or form. Those who in fact belong to God are called to do God's Will, as He commanded them through Jesus Christ, not plant themselves as soldiers of some kind against sin in the world.
