@oyefunke oyegunle: i'm unhappy to tell u dat unilorin admits either 30 or less candidates to mass comm. every year. U dn't nid anybody again to interpret to u dat u chance for mass comm. "maybe very slim".

If you got below the stipulated cutoff mark of your course, pls go and change your institution cos i don't want you to stay at home because i'm talking from experience. I got 217 and 54 last year and the cutoff was 220 and 50 and i wasn't admitted, pls learn from my mistake. I pray we all get admission this year. Amin/amen. Where dr_aries and big head?

@mac and others, i want to commend on the way dis thread had gone, thanks and GOD bless, ive read almost all the comments and i have written down questions being posted, i am a DE student, studied banking and finance with disctintion, going for admission in finance through unilorin, my questions is as follows:

1. As a DE candidate, whats my score before i write the post ume or is it that im just going to write the post ume alone?

2. how many questions did unilorin set last year and whats the minimum mark i can get,

Lastly, i heard that unilorin does not admnit student to the dept of finance through DE, how true is this? if it is true, what do u advice i do cos i have submitted my form to jamb office,

@ednut, u re in 400L Wc means d OND DE stdents dat u refer 2 got dere 3yrs ago. Plz confirm current unilorin policy on OND DE candidate and re-post. Cos when post-utme form comes out,i know dat unilorin wil state it categorically dat dey dont accept OND/HND std to BSS n by dat tym,it myt be too late for d candidates. They did it last yr and dey did it last 2 yrs. I talk my own o

@ doyin, finance is like bankin and finance in other skuls, accountin and finance students receive lectures 2geda until 300level in which dey separate though wit only 2 courses. I tink unilorin considers first choice first, b4 2nd choice unless u av a strong connection. C u in september, IJN. If any one applied for business and social sciences courses, drop ur questns here. Am in 400l accountin.

@samsquad, i got into unilorin tru DE in 2009, i chose accounting but dey gave me buz.admin, on whc dey screen me out 4m buz.admin cos its written in d jamb brochure dat buz.admin doesnt take OND, so dey wanted to move me to human kinectics(PHE), if nt 4 GOD dat help me change it to accountin and sum pple sha. So DE students shld nt choose buz.admin o, u can choose accountin or finance or any oda BSS courses. I talk my own o.

@gbexy, changing course while in skul is a once in a life tym tin, it doesnt happen everytime, is beta u accept d course given to u and do d next jamb or if u av leg, change it b4 d movement list comes out.
