What We Miss In Our Daily Diet by Haykay03: 10:09pm On Mar 09, 2011 |
According to the World Heath Organization (WHO). We are asked to take our daily diet as follow: Lipids and steroils - 50% Fruits and Vegatables- 25% Protein 15% Carbohydrate 10% If we are dieting like this, our cell will be healthy. waste can easily get out and nutrients can get into our cell easily. It will prevent us from different kinds of diseses. But in Nigeria, We have turned the dieting upside down instead we take: Carbohydrates 60% Protein 25% Fruits and Vegetables 15% Lipids and sterols 5% As a result, we have unhealthy cell. nutrients cannot get into it and waste can"t get out. it expose us to different kinds of disease such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Stroke,Obesity, Fibroid, cancer etc. Good News to Nigerians.
