According to The Bible, the second coming is going to be a worldwide phenomenon. Revelations 1:7 says

We do have our strategic defence systems in play in case unidentified “heavenly” objects approach the earth on a collision course. If that’s the entry Jesus is going to make, well, he then better watch out for them missiles coming right at him.
