NCDC Records 162 New Cases, Zero Deaths, 245 Recoveries by Newsbreakers: 11:59am On Nov 01, 2020
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 162 new cases of COVID-19 in the country bringing the total to 62,691. No new death was recorded while there were 245 recoveries. Gombe State topped the list.

The 162 new cases are reported from 14 states - Gombe (54), FCT (35), Lagos (26), Ogun (12), Plateau (10), Rivers (10), Kaduna (4), Ekiti (3), Edo (2), Osun (2), Bayelsa (1), Imo (1), Ondo (1), Oyo (1).

The breakdown in the tweet of the NCDC shows that the 162 cases were from 14 different states. Gombe State recorded the highest number of cases with 54. The Federal Capital Territory followed with 35 cases while Lagos State had 26 cases. 245 people recovered, which brings the recoveries up to 58,675 from 58,430. No new death was recorded.
