Dream-enacting behaviour is a sleep disorder that makes you physically act while dreaming. grin

Movement, such as kicking, punching, arm flailing or jumping from bed, in response to action-filled or violent dreams, such as being chased or defending yourself from an attack.

I remember kicking my pot of soup back then in school because I missed my step while climbing a staircase in the dream grin

Dreams are so confusing. You might be washing toilet at Oshodi, ten seconds later you're deciding the outcome of the USA election.
