Coinnest Africa is looking to hire a full time experienced, results-driven, and proactive Sales Executive to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will leverage relationship development, account management skill, process creation and management in selling cryptocurrency to clients.

The ideal candidate should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills and should ultimately, contribute to an increase in sales whilst maintaining the company-client relationships at a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
• Contact and qualify leads through a combination of outbound calls and emails.
• Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails and chats.
• Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Responds to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Works independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota
• Carry out appropriate customer KYC to avoid fraudulent transactions
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
• Establish and adhere to best practices
• Set revenue targets and then develop and execute a strategy to meet those.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 2years + Proven work experience as a sales account executive
• Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Proactive, independent work with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
• Understanding of the tech, blockchain & cryptocurrency industry
• Understanding of B2B sales is a plus
