DISCLAIMER!

Lose Kilos has never and will never be rude to a customer.

It has come to our knowledge that an unnamed fellow took on to one of Nigeria’s leading blogs, on the 15th of May 2018, to post screenshots of unverifiable WhatsApp messages with one of our customer service representatives while alleging that we were rude to him/her.

No business, whether new or existing, is a business without the patronage of customers, and in the over five years of our existence, Lose Kilos has always viewed our customers as major players in the success of our business, and we shall never stop. Our products are, after all, made to make the lives of people better, so what could we possibly gain by being rude to these same customers that we have dedicated ourselves to helping?
We work within our power to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services at all times but as with every other organization run by humans, Lose Kilos is not perfect. In situations when we cannot deliver, we reach out to our customers, apologize to them and work tirelessly until we can make it up to them. Our customers all over the country and abroad can attest to the fact that we hold them in high esteem. Little wonder why we have earned the nickname “weightloss brand of the people” for ourselves.

It is sad however that a platform like Nairaland, where well-meaning people come to upload information to improve the lives of others has become a platform where faceless and nameless people are allowed and given the platform to tarnish the images of organisations. This is an error on the part of the Nairaland platform, and we are using this medium to call on the administrators of this platform to critically look into this issue as there are a lot of businesses toiling hard to build a positive reputation for themselves, only to have that reputation destroyed by a faceless account with an unverifiable claim.

We on our part, refute the accusations posted by a “Nobody” made on the Nairaland platform. This is an effort to put a stain on our reputation. We have always been a customer-first brand, and with us, the saying “the customer is king” is not just in theory. We have a team of well-trained customer service representatives that attend to the queries of customers politely, be it online or offline, so this accusation comes to us as a shock. We are sure that is the handiwork of a triggered competition that is bent on denting our image. Lose Kilos will not engage in a trade of words with anyone that is not bold enough to come out in name and face with their allegations. If you have any issues with any of our services, you can reach out to the management, and the issue will be taken up appropriately.

We appreciate the loyalty of all of our customers over the years and want to reiterate that we shall not stop providing you with quality products and services.
