The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 152 new cases of COVID-19 in the country bringing the total to 65,457. No new death was recorded while there were 175 recoveries. Lagos State topped the list. The 152 new cases are reported from 12 states- Lagos (61), Oyo (39), FCT (13), Yobe (10), Bauchi (6), Kaduna (5), Kano (4), Kwara (4), Plateau (4), Edo (2), Ogun (2), Rivers (2). The breakdown in the tweet of the NCDC shows that the 152 cases were from 12 different states. Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with 61. Oyo State followed with 39 cases while the Federal Capital Territory had 13 cases. 175 people recovered, which brings the recoveries up to 61,337 from 61,162. No new death was recorded.
